Dennis Preston
Dennis Preston is a consultant and executive coach with over 25 years commercial experience in the financial services, recruitment, retail and public sectors.
Dennis' career started in the City of London initially working for the Stock Exchange during the revolutionary period of deregulation, and he saw first hand the effects of change at organisational level and on people themselves. Dennis' career then took him into Investment Banking and he became a Director of Kleinwort Benson Ltd and was involved with designing and delivering executive development programmes in the UK, Japan, Hong Kong and the USA.
After a further strategic planning role with the Marsh Group, Dennis formed his own consultancy in 1999 - Anagram - offering advice on managing and implementing change to a range of clients, including the Bank of England and a number of SMEs. In the last few years, Dennis added further components to the change consulting offering. The first was Executive Coaching and the second was Facilitation of senior executive workshops. And finally, in the past two years, Dennis has added a further string to his bow. He now provides his services as a non-executive director to a number of companies.
